I bought this from infinixmobiles the battery has been such a disappointment. I fully charge it in the morning and by afternoon it’s already almost dead, even though I’m just using it normally. I’m not even playing games or doing anything heavy, so I don’t get why it drains this fast. Like, what’s the point of a phone if I have to keep looking for a charger halfway through the day? Not happy with this at all

The website shows contact options, so I expected at least a basic response. I sent emails and even used the contact form again, but I only got one automated reply and then nothing after that. I get that delays can happen, and I don’t think it’s unfair to be patient if the company is actually communicating. But once payment is taken, customers deserve clear updates or at least a proper reply. Waiting for days with no real answer just doesn’t feel right. a simple message explaining the status would have been enough. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering from them again
